Afternoon
1. Latissimus Dorsi transfer for posterosuperior cuff tear
2. Lower Trapezius transfer for posterosuperior cuff tear
3. RSP + lat dorsi
4. Rehab after cuff repair
5. Open plexus exploration
6. A’scopisch plexus release
7. The green shoulder circle
Surgeons:
Cadavercourse: Reversed shoulder arthroplasty + l'episcopo and open plexus exploration

Day 2: Scapular disorders
1. Normal thoracoscapular motion
2. Thoracoscap motion and subacromial problems
3. Scapular position and relevance in RSA
4. Scapular motion after RSA
5. Scapular motion after anatomic shoulder arthroplasty
6. Generation X
7. STAM: clinical examination
8. Tendon transfer for STAM
9. Thoracoscapulair fusion for FSHD
10. Nerve surgery for STAM
11. Transfer for Deltoid palsy

Cadavercourse: a'scopisc latissimus dorsi or a'scopic lower trapezium transfer
